This weekend, at Stone Wall Dairy Farm in Cornwall (322 Kent Road), I'll be selling the following:
Friday: Baguettes (w/ sesame seeds or w/o) and Jumbo English Muffins
Saturday: Normandy Apple Sourdough loaves and Savory Scones (w/roasted peppers, provolone and fresh rosemary)
Sunday: Semolina Sourdough Bastones and apple pies
I have a big order of new flour arriving next week, so the ryes and whole wheats will be right behind!
